Eradicated the compact clip and taken off gear. Lubed shaft slid new on set new clip on. Lined governor weights with Heart piece tapped it in position very lightly. Cleaned gasket flanges pulled the shaft seal. Used the outdated seal like a seal driver. When putting the cover again on make sure the seal dont roll out. Have a mini screwdriver and tu
